Warranty

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase and will have many years of use from your Smart Lever product. However, if you do have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity of putting things right, using the CONTACT FORM HERE.

Bicycle Innovations Ltd warrants Smart Lever products against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from date of purchase. Warranty covers faulty workmanship & materials and does not cover fair wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents or repairs attempted other than by Bicycle Innovations Ltd.

The Warranty is subject to the following terms and limitations:

• Smart Lever and Bead Lever must be used according to the instructions, which need to be read and digested thoroughly before use.
• Large forces are present when installing or removing tight bicycle tyres particularly and this will inevitably result in some friction. As such, some of the plastic parts (e.g. the Shoe, Lifting Roller and Hook) are designed to wear in normal use so that wheel rims are not damaged. Consequently, these parts are considered consumables, the life of which depends on the amount of use and the tightness of fit of the tyre to the wheel rim. Spare parts can be purchased in a set from https://www.smartlever.uk.
• Please do not send us back any items until we have asked you to, and we have advised you of our returns procedure.
• The warranty is non-transferable from the original owner.

If you need to return your Smart Lever product, please note you are responsible for packaging up safely and securely any products that need to be returned to us, in accordance with our advice, and otherwise following our returns procedure. If a product is found to be faulty, we will cover the reasonable return postage cost.

Bicycle Innovations Ltd will not be liable for any consequential or inconsequential losses or damage as a result of the above clauses.

Bicycle Innovations Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for damage to persons or property howsoever caused if the Smart Lever or Bead Lever tool is not used according to the instructions.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
